Coach Mike Palmieri has led the Danes football program since 2020. Under his tutelage, the program captured it's 1 Region title and has made the playoffs each season. Prior to arriving at Denmark, Coach P spent 13 years at Mallard Creek High School (NC) building that program into a national power, playing for four state titles and winning 3. Coach P earned his first head coaching job in South Florida, coaching at McArthur High School and Everglades High School. He has also had the honor of coaching the Under Armour All-American game 4 times throughout his career.
Coach and his wife, Katherine, have a son, Michael.

Coach E.B. joined the Denmark Danes coaching staff during the 2020 season. Coach E.B. hs spent much of the previous ten years coaching in the North Atlanta area. During that time, he has held various positions including head coach, assistant head coach, and receivers coach while coaching in Sandy Springs, Roswell, and Marietta. Coach E.B. will serve as special teams coordinator for the varsity football team.
Coach E.B. is a UNC-Chapel Hill Alum and has two sons, Richard and Evan.
Coach Neal Burkhart has been in coaching for 26 years (Denmark since 2021), speding most of them in South Georgia. He has two GHSA state title appearances while at Fitzgerald High School and has served as both an offensive and defensive coordinator throughout his career.
Coach Burk has two sons, Kyle, who attends Medical College of Georgia in Augusta, and Ryan, who attends the University of North Georgia.

Coach Coffey has been with the program since 2023 and brings over 13 years of coaching experience. In addition to serving as the offensive coordinator for the Danes, he works with the quarterbacks and running backs. Before joining the Danes, Coach Coffey spent time at Union Grove High School, Lamar County High School, Chattahoochee High School, and Spaulding High School. Coach holds two associate degrees from Gordon State College (Physical Education & Secondary Education), a Bachelor's degree in history from Valdosta State, and an M.Ed from Georgia College & State University. Coach Coffey and his wife, Mara, have two children, Joshua and Cecilia.

Coach Corely has coached football for over 9 years. Since joining Denmark's staff in the 2020 season, Coach Corley has serves as the team's offensive line coach and has recently added the title of strength and conditioning coordinator.
He has an undergraduate degree math and spanish education from University of Louisville and a master's degree in sports administration from the University of Miami.
Coach Corley is married to his wife Meredith, and in February they welcomed their daughter, Teagan Claire.

Coach Jennings joined the Denmark coaching staff in 2021 as a defensive back coach. Coach Jennings brings a wealth of knowledge to the defensive back field having played corner for the University of Georgia (2002 - 2006), garnering All-SEC honors. Additionally, Coach Jennings had a 10 year NFL career that saw him make the pro-bowl twice, lead the NFL in interceptions in 2012, and win a Superbowl with the Indianapolis Colts.

Coach Blake Johnson has been coaching football since 2019, and has been with the Danes since 2023. He will serve as the wide receiver's coach. Before joining the Danes, Coach Johnson spent time at Bowdon High School (TE), Hart County High School (WR), and Pepperell High School (WR). Coach Johnson was also a part of the strength and conditioning staff at Bowdon, winning the GACA Powerlifting State Championship.
Coach Johnson holds a B.S in Sports Management and Coaching and M.A.T in Special Education Curriculum, both from University of West Georgia.
Coach Johnson is married to his wife Allison.

Coach Patrick Jones has been with the team since its inaugural year in 2018 and serves as the defensive line coach. Additionally, Coach Jones is the head track and field coach for Denmark. Before joining the Danes in 2018, Coach Jones spent time at Cousins Middle School (HC), Eastside High School (DL), and Starrs Mill High School (DL).
A 2011 graduate of the University of Arkansas, Coach Jones was a four-year football letterman for the Razorbacks.
Barney Marchand is an Assistant 9th Grade Coach. Coach Marchand is a Physical Education yeacher with 21 years experience. He opened Denmark High School and is also the Varsity Boys Head Lacrosse Coach.

Coach Nelson comes to Denmark High School from Charlotte, NC, where he was a part of Coach Palmieri's coaching staff at Mallard Creek High School for eight years. During that time, the team made 4 state championship appearances, winning three in a row ('13 - '16).
During that time, Coach Nelson served as head JV coach as well as the varsity defensive assistant (safeties). Over that eight-year span, Coach Nelson's JV teams won 7 conference championships while compiling a record of 67-7. Before heading to Mallard Creek, Coach Nelson spent the previous nine years in Kannapolis, NC as both the head football and basketball coach at KMS (4 years) as well as the head JV basketball coach, JV defensive coordinator and varsity assistant (safeties) at A.L. Brown High School. In 2009 Coach Nelson participated in his first state championship game while coaching in Kannapolis.
Originally from Huntington, WV, Coach Nelson began college at Marshall University before transferring to Ohio University where he worked in the athletic department while earning his degree in health and human services. In addition to his coaching duties, Coach Nelson will serve as a member of the PE department at Denmark, teaching health, physical education, and personal fitness. Coach Nelson is married to his wife Erica. They have two children, Jacob and Jay.

Coach Rose joined the Denmark Danes coaching staff during the 2023 season. Coach Rose has spent much of the previous five years coaching in the South Georgia area. During that time, he has held various positions including defensive line, linebackers, and outside linebackers while student assistant coaching at Georgia Southern and coaching at Southeast Bulloch, Evans, and North Forsyth. Coach Rose will serve as the linebackers coach for the varsity football team.
Coach Rose is a Georgia Southern Alum.
